It's been another great week at Flashback - our fantastic DJs have been working really hard to bring us the best Northern Soul hits - always something new - some rare gem we've not heard before - even some you have but wouldn't have immediately thought of as NS - and an occasional non NS one, I sneaked an Elvis song in last night at my set, despite the lynching threats lol..

Would be great if you could join us at Flashback next week for more Northern Soul music - we might even be having a contest on Thursday 17th March for the best dressed 'Soulie' so that's got to be worth checking out - we generally have a DJ 1-3pm SL time every day but we're open 24/7 and always great music playing.
Just shows we have the best VIPs here at Flashback - was a fantastic night for Gerry's Birthday this week - and he didn't have a clue till he logged in and we were playing Stevie Wonder's 'Happy Birthday' perfect timing!
Now - all we need is this many people at Flashback EVERY night and we've cracked it!

Last night we had the brilliant DJ Johan in his regular Sunday 1-3pm set - but don't worry if you missed out, we have DJ Mario every Monday at the same time so set your alarms.
Even if we didn't get to go to the great places in the 70s like Wigan Casino and The Twisted Wheel, doesn't mean we can't enjoy the music just the same - which is where Flashback comes in..
We have DJs every day 9pm UK time at the moment - though would be great to find enough people out there who share our Northern Soul passion to fill the schedule 24/7!
I've created a 'record sale' corner at Flashback as there was always a big demand for the recent hit records on vinyl - and to this day that continues, you just have to look on e-bay to see that! Of course we aren't really selling music, it's just for fun - and there's even a tape recorder in front of the speakers - apparantly if you couldn't get the record itself, that was the next best thing!
